Prospect House

Located on a generous site in Mt. Eden with views to the maunga, Prospect House is a new family dwelling inspired by our client’s memories of her grandparent’s mid-century home and her time living in Sweden. The home is designed around a series of courtyard spaces, each with a different character and function. Inside, varying volumes create a series of different spatial experiences and light has been carefully considered to bring life to the home’s rich palette of materials.
